HR Manager, Melissa Marcellin has been interviewed by Rail Director Magazine after recently joining the Women in Rail and the Railway Industry Association’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Charter Working Group.

Speaking to the team, Melissa discussed her aspirations, with a view to embellishing Colas Rail UK’s positive approach to be a leading EDI champion in the UK rail industry through long-term sustainable change in our approach to EDI.
